Gino’s mission is to help individuals and businesses succeed. His practice focuses on tax preparation, accounting and bookkeeping.

A Certified Public Accounting practice has many moving parts. The Gino Mallamaci, CPA Firm is no exception. In order to care for 100% of our clients, the firm requires proficiency, skill and due diligence. No client is too small for us. Gino strives to make sure every client understands that their satisfaction is our number one priority.

Gino is a highly qualified Certified Public Accountant and business advisor. Most importantly, Gino is a tax expert. His personality is exuberant and vivacious. Gino has a friendly style and treats all his clients as family. In other words, Gino goes above and beyond for every client. Gino is available to his clients 365 days-a-year and works tirelessly to make sure client satisfaction is the firm’s top priority.

Gino lives in Manalapan, New Jersey with his wife and three sons.  He enjoys bike riding and visiting UNESCO sites throughout Italy.

  • Julia I. Navas

    Certified Public Accountant

    Julia joined our firm in 2021 with over two decades of accounting experience. She consistently goes above and beyond for clients, ensuring individuals and businesses receive expert guidance and professional care.

    Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Julia provides a personalized service to a diverse range of clients. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University and is a licensed CPA with deep expertise in tax preparation and financial planning.

    Julia began her career in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she led the Tax Department at one of the island’s largest firms. After relocating to New Jersey in the early 2000s, she worked with multiple firms while building her own business and raising her two children.

    Outside of the office, Julia enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

  • Tina Munzing

    Accountant

    Tina brings over 25 years of accounting experience to the firm, specializing in bookkeeping, sales tax preparation, and tax return filing. As a QuickBooks expert, she helps businesses manage their financial records and keep organized.

    Committed to providing the best service, Tina stays current with tax law changes by attending numerous educational seminars throughout the year. She values strong client relationships and approaches every interaction with care and attention.

    Born and raised in New Jersey, she enjoys spending free time with her family and two dogs, embracing the balance between work and family life.

  • Bill Franko

    Certified Public Accountant

    Bill is a seasoned financial professional specializing in Trust Tax Returns, including business and personal tax preparation. As a Registered Investment Advisor, he holds life, health, and securities licenses in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

    Outside of work, Bill enjoys international travel and playing guitar in his part-time rock band - bringing the same drive and passion to his personal interests as he does for accounting and securities investment.

 

  • Barbara Himmelman

    Office Manager

    Barbara assists in the development and implementation of the firm’s policies and procedures. She ensures the smooth operation of the firm with her efficient handling of client inquiries and requests. She is often the voice you hear on the telephone and the person who greets you when you come into the office. Barbara grew up in Forest Hills, New York.  She moved to Manalapan, New Jersey 25 years ago with her husband Curt to raise their family.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

  • Valerie Trushell

    Bookkeeper

    Valerie has over 30 years of bookkeeping experience. She is highly proficient in QuickBooks and is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. She routinely takes various classes throughout the year to increase her bookkeeping skills and expertise in QuickBooks.

    Valerie was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and Boxer puppy.

  • Maria Mallamaci

    Director of Operations

    Maria graduated from Pace University with a BBA.  In addition to working at the accounting firm, she is the Vice President of The Foundation for Manalapan Englishtown Regional Schools.

    Maria moved to Manalapan, NJ in 1992. She is the mother to three sons who were all raised in Manalapan, New Jersey.

  • Christine Spinelli

    Administration

    Christine previously worked in the publishing and financial industries. She graduated from Brooklyn College with a degree in Business Management and Finance.

    She is the enthusiastic voice you hear on the phone and the welcoming person who will greet you when you come to our office.  Christine is a Marlboro Township resident for over 20 years where she resides with her husband and two teenage children.

    Administration

    Michele began working with Gino in 2001 and is responsible for many of our administrative duties.

  • Michele Bransky

    Staff Accountant

    Michele has almost 30 years of accounting experience. She started her career as an accounting clerk for a bank, but found her true calling preparing tax returns alongside a number of CPAs. She is proficient in QuickBooks and tax return preparations. She routinely keeps up with tax law changes by attending various educational seminars throughout the year. Michele was born and raised on Staten Island and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of Staten Island. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and two crazy dogs.
